Every Rolex watch listed on our site has been thoroughly tested by a Rolex Service Provider who holds a Rolex parts account. If a watch is not operating within Rolex specifications, it is professionally serviced before being listed for sale, using genuine Rolex replacement parts as needed.

Manufacturer Warranty Information
Watches listed on our site that include “papers” (or a warranty card) will carry the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty for that brand.
Example:
Rolex watches come with a 5-year warranty. If you purchase a pre-owned Rolex dated June 2020, the manufacturer warranty remains valid until June 2025. Any Rolex Authorized Dealer worldwide will honor this warranty with the warranty card or papers.
Important Notes:
- The warranty follows the watch, not the original owner. Even if you are not the first owner, Rolex will still honor the warranty within the coverage period.
- Rolex warranty cards from 2020 onward no longer include an individual’s name—only the model number, serial number, and purchase date are listed.
For watches older than 5 years, we offer a 1-year in-store warranty for peace of mind.

Our men’s watches are sized to fit wrists 7.25″ to 7.5″ and ladies’ watches are sized to fit wrists 6.25″ to 6.5″ (unless otherwise specified).

Box & Papers Information
If a watch comes with its original box and/or papers, this will be clearly stated in the description. The picture of all the contents, including the box and paperwork, will be displayed in the last photo, which can be viewed by scrolling all the way to the right.
In cases where a watch does not come with papers or a warranty card, this will also be noted in the description. The price of the watch will be discounted accordingly if it is missing the original documentation.
Note:
Approximately 40% of watches sold are without papers, particularly those over 10 years old, as papers can often get misplaced during moves or accidentally thrown away without realizing their impact on the watch’s value. While the absence of papers should not deter you from purchasing such a timepiece, it will be reflected in a discounted price compared to the same watch with papers.
Yes, all photos are of the exact watch without editing done to the photo to enhance it or hide blemishes.

We offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for all orders within the CONUS (Continental United States) unless otherwise noted. All orders are fully insured for the total order value.

Order Processing & Shipping Information
Wire Payments:
Orders paid by wire transfer will be shipped the same day we receive confirmation that the funds have cleared from our bank.
- Cut-off time for incoming wires is 5pm ET (3pm PST).
- Example: If payment is wired on a Monday and funds are received the same day, they go into pending status until cleared the next business day (Tuesday). Once cleared on Tuesday, the order will be processed for FedEx overnight shipping, with an expected delivery on Wednesday.
- You will receive tracking information via email once the order is shipped.
Credit Card Payments:
Orders paid by credit card go through a fraud check, which typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Once the fraud check is complete, the order will be prepared for shipment.
- Orders placed before the 2pm ET shipping cut-off will ship the same day, while orders placed after will ship the following business day.
- Please note, no orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping to FedEx Store:
All orders are shipped to the FedEx store nearest you.
- Someone from our shipping department will contact you to confirm the FedEx store location for package pickup.
- When you pick up your package, please bring your ID to the FedEx store, and they will release the package to you.
- This process ensures the package is fully insured for the purchase price, which is a requirement of our insurance policy, reducing the risk of claims and providing a more secure delivery method than home delivery.
Home Address Delivery (Optional):
We can attempt to ship to a home address, but a signature will be required upon delivery.

All orders will be sent to the FedEx store nearest you. Someone from our shipping department will contact you to let you know which FedEx store the package is sent to, when you go to pickup you simply take your ID into the FedEx store and they will release the package to you. This is so that the package can be fully insured for the purchase price. Although this may seem inconvenient, this process is required by our insurance, greatly reduces any claims made, and is much more secure than sending to a residence.
